Finding a restaurant that features vegan food in Indianapolis isn’t the easiest of tasks, but Audrey Barron, owner of Ezra’s Enlightened Cafe in Broad Ripple, has done her part to fill the city’s plant-based void. The menu at Ezra’s features lots of gluten-free vegan options, and when the cafe isn’t serving diners, Barron fills the space by hosting a variety of healthy-eating cooking classes. In the latest podcast from Wit Wisdom & Food, Barron discusses what’s on the menu at Ezra’s, as well as the benefits of eating a plant-based diet. To listen in, go here
